CLARK is a digital library that hosts a diverse collection of cybersecurity learning objects. It was created to meet the need for a high-quality and high-availability repository for curricular and ancillary resources in the cybersecurity education community.


Dr. Blair Taylor is a Clinical Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at Towson University. Dr. Taylor’s has published and presented widely on teaching secure coding in introductory programming courses and cybersecurity education. Dr. Taylor has received the University System of Maryland Regents award for Teaching, the Fisher College of Science and Mathematics (FCSM)Business Outreach Award and the FCSM Outstanding Faculty Award. In 2014, she was named one of the 50 Women to Watch by the Baltimore Sun Magazine and in 2016 one of Maryland's top female tech leaders by MDBIZNews. She holds a B.A. in Mathematical Science and an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a doctorate in Applied Information Technology from Towson University.

Sean Donnelly is the Software Architect and Product Manager for the CLARK Cybersecurity Digital Library ( He is currently working on his M.S. in Computer Science at Towson University, where his thesis is focused on the design of adaptive software modules better suited to the changing operational constraints in distributed systems. 

Dr. Sidd Kaza is the Chairperson of the Computer and Information Sciences department at Towson University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. His interests lie in cybersecurity education, learning sciences, data mining, and application development. Dr. Kaza was in the ACM Joint Task Force on Cybersecurity Education. His work has been published in top-tier journals and conferences like Decision Support Systems, IEEE Transactions, ACM Transactions, Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology and various international conferences and has been funded by the National Science Foundation, Department of Defense, and the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
